RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Because each THNKNG KAPS piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Every hat is crafted specifically for you, with intention and detail.

 

However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged item, incorrect product, etc.), please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@thnkngkaps.com, and we’ll work to make it right.

 

All sales are final.

We do not accept exchanges due to sizing or change of mind.

 

Please double-check your order details before checking out. Your crown is one of one — and we intend to keep it that way.
